Hi! Welcome to my blog. I will be posting my views on Business ethics. I will be talking about the violation of Business Ethics in offices all around the world as well as why Business Ethics are important for business. First of all, let’s talk about what we understand by Ethical principles of Business. Ethics of an individual concerns the decision about what is right and wrong. Deciding what is right and wrong is important as deciding while keeping ethics in mind can lead to profits for the company. Suppose if decisions are made ethically, then it will attract customers to buy the services and products of the company whereas if corruption is present in the working area, it will only lead to wastage of time and money as well as company will also lose its goodwill.
Let’s get back to corruption in workplace. Again, let’s talk about the meaning of corruption first, it is basically an untruthfulness and illegal method for initials either in places or power, people who generally participate in fake exercises to increase favorable position over the others. Disgrace in the work environment is a bad habit that has turned into a disease inside the associations.
Corruption is a disease that will cut numerous associations down if not managed. Digitized system with security features must be installed to prevent the employees from practicing illegal habits at workplace. Employees should have great working attitudes and manage their work with enthusiasm. With this, associations will gain huge benefits.
